BIO
Your job as a parent is to cultivate your child's gifts. Your child desires a "curated education" that equips, encourages, and empowers their future.

A solution-oriented home education advocate, Nicole is focused on providing assistance that enables individual families to achieve their goals. She champions the "Parent-as-Educator" movement. She works to ensure under-resourced families have accessible support for their homeschooling journey. As co-founder of the Georgia Black Home Educators Network and host of the Flourish Family Homeschool Conference, she uses her platform to bridge the technology equity divide for families by distributing over 250 laptops and hotspots. She also advocates nationally and statewide as an HSLDA Georgia Volunteer Ambassador, Empowered Parents Invested in Change with GeorgiaCAN, and an Ambassador for EdChoice’s Parent Corps.
Nicole serves her community as a board member of Eastside Academic Studies, a hybrid high school homeschool cooperative, and has served as Board Chair of DeKalb Christian Home Educators (2017-2024). She frequently speaks at events like SXSW Edu, VELACon, and the Black Minds Matter Conference on building multigenerational communities and homeschool collaboration. But Nicole and her husband, Willie, their most important mission: homeschooling their four children, including three sons to college and a middle-school-age daughter.
The Doyles believe according to Psalms 1:3 that when they water their family in the Word of God, then the children will flourish.
